Gymnastics
Preparation of children from 5 to 7 years of age, physical education and basics of exercising on the individual pieces of apparatus.
We train the compulsory as well as optional programme for the young from 7 to 19 years of age.
We compete in all age categories all over the Czech Republic and we also prepare the competitive sets of exercises.
We organise summer training camps in Jilemnice.
We perform in several musicals and at a variety of Sokol events.
